'The Design and Digital Transformation' Discussed at Aydabir's September Meeting

The 15th installment of the talk series organized by the IDEALIST Interior Architecture Association, titled 'Design and Digital Transformation,' took place with the main sponsorship of Bien. The discussion, moderated by interior architect Emre Toner, featured Mohamed Abdellatif (Tifa), Founder of Tifa Studio, and Nilüfer Kozikoğlu, Founder of Urban Atelier, as speakers.

In collaboration with the IDEALIST Interior Architecture Association and Bien, the current, social, and inspiring talk series 'Aydabir' held its 15th discussion under the theme of 'Design and Digital Transformation' at addresistanbul. Emre Toner moderated the discussion, which explored the impact of digital transformation and technology on architecture, functionality, and sustainability, with the participation of architects and designers.

Emre Toner, emphasizing the significant changes that office organization and practices have undergone in the last few years, pointed out that we have consciously or unconsciously embarked on the journey of digital transformation. He also stressed the importance of all companies considering themselves as technology companies, not only embracing existing software but also adopting solutions that will take them forward and remaining open to innovations.

Speaker Nilüfer Kozikoğlu highlighted the rich opportunities that new media bring to the world of architecture and design. She expressed that the combination of the continuous perception intensity of the analog world with the speed and connectivity of the digital world presents extraordinary opportunities for creative minds. She also emphasized the need for young people to be curious and demanding in all areas to develop their talents and increase their knowledge.

Speaker Mohamed Abdellatif addressed the topic of "The Architecture of the Future: Collaboration between Humans and Artificial Intelligence," exploring the transformation of architectural design from traditional design tools to the limitless potential of artificial intelligence. He highlighted the magnificent synergy between human creativity and artificial intelligence, sharing how this exciting journey is reshaping the architectural environment in ways that were previously unimaginable.

The talk series, which has been ongoing since 2022, will hold its next event with a new theme in October at the IDEALIST Center in addresistanbul. All videos of the 'Aydabir' talk series can be reach on the IDEALIST Interior Architecture Association's YouTube channel.
