Bien Meets with University Students
Bien, the company that brings creative designs together with ideas that make life easier, has kicked off the new season of its Academia program, aimed at preparing the future architects for the industry. Meeting with 70 students in the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at Ankara OSTIM Technical University, Bien will continue to provide education to students at different universities throughout the year within the scope of the Academia program.
Academia, the program launched by Bien, one of the leading brands in the Turkish and global construction sector, to prepare the future architects for the industry and convey the dynamics and professional intricacies of the ceramic sector, has started its training sessions this year. The first stop of Academia was the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at Ankara OSTIM Technical University. In the training attended by 70 students from this department, Ali Naci Ülkü, Brand and Communication Manager at Bien, Cem Güvengiriş, Marketing Manager at Bien Bathroom Group, and Ayşe Çelik, Assistant Specialist in Architectural Relations, shared professional and technical knowledge with the students. The training, attended by Prof. Dr. Sare Sahil, the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at OSTIM Technical University, also addressed questions raised by the students.
Bien Academia to Continue Meeting with University Students Throughout the Year
Highlighting the significant importance they place on 'university-industry' collaboration as one of the industry's leading brands, Bien Marketing Director Sümer Durmaz stated that the Academia program is a reflection of this perspective. Reminding that they have met with thousands of students at many universities nationwide so far, Durmaz said, "This year, we will continue to inform architecture and interior architecture students about our industry by meeting with them throughout Turkey.
