Bien, which brings life-enhancing ideas together with creative designs, has completed the latest phase of its Brand Ambassadors Training Program, launched under the Academia umbrella to contribute to the development of store sales representatives. The training, which received great interest, hosted 200 brand ambassadors from 23 different provinces.
Bien, one of Turkey and the world's leading brands in the construction sector, continues to contribute to the industry through various training programs under the Academia umbrella, aiming at innovation and continuous improvement. One of these programs is the Brand Ambassadors Training Program... With this training, Bien aims to develop sales representatives, who are the face of the brand in customer interactions at sales points. Since its first edition in February, 200 brand ambassadors from 23 provinces have participated in the Brand Ambassadors Training Program. Throughout the month, topics related to communication processes were discussed in the training sessions. Additionally, participants who visited Bien's three different production campuses in Bilecik and Bozüyük were provided with information about products and production processes.
Emphasizing the pivotal role of sales representatives in the growth of brands and customer satisfaction, Bien's Marketing Director Sümer Durmaz highlighted that they have implemented the Brand Ambassadors Training Program with this awareness. Durmaz, mentioning the high interest in the training, said, "At Bien, we continue our work not within the boundaries set by standards but as far as dreams can expand. The development of our industry relies not only on R&D, UR&D, and innovation but also on a strong human resource base. With these training sessions, we aimed to train brand ambassadors who are knowledgeable about the industry, informed about developments, and possess strong communication skills. Within this scope, we have reached hundreds of brand ambassadors from 23 different provinces of our country so far. We will continue to contribute to our industry with new training sessions in the coming days."
